This site is operated by Young Money Creators ("YMC," "we," "us"), co-founded by Andrae Alexander and Alexa Marie. Contact us at [email protected] for any privacy-related question.
2. What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Email address — when you use the free Tax Leak Calculator or request the guide
- Name, billing address, and payment details — when you purchase the Money Moves Guide (processed by our payment provider, see Section 4)
- Messages — when you email us for support, refunds, or partnership inquiries
Information collected automatically
- Anonymous usage data — page views, referrer, country, browser, device type (via Umami Analytics — does NOT use cookies and is GDPR-compliant by default)
- Heatmap and session recordings — anonymized mouse movement and scroll behavior (via Microsoft Clarity)
- Advertising attribution — if you arrived from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, Meta's pixel records the visit for our ad reporting
3. Why we collect it
- To deliver the Tax Leak Calculator results and email you the report
- To fulfill your Money Moves Guide purchase and send the download link
- To respond to your support requests and process refunds
- To send you educational follow-up content (you can unsubscribe anytime with one click)
- To measure which content and ads actually help people, so we can make more of what works
- To prevent fraud and abuse on the checkout
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary information with the services that help us run the business:
- Whop — processes your purchase and delivers your guide download
- Netlify — hosts this website
- Cloudflare — provides DNS and security for our domain
- Umami Analytics — privacy-first traffic analytics (no cookies, no IP storage)
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized heatmaps for UX improvement
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad attribution and conversion tracking when applicable
- Google — only if you choose to use Google search or Google's authentication for a third-party tool linked from our site
- Our email service provider — to deliver transactional emails (download links, refund confirmations) and the educational newsletter
We never sell your email address, name, or payment details to anyone. Ever. Not to data brokers, not to other creators, not to lead-gen lists.
5. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access — request a copy of every piece of personal data we have about you
- Delete — request we erase your data from our systems (we'll honor this within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it for tax/accounting purposes)
- Correct — fix anything that's wrong
- Object — tell us to stop using your data for marketing
- Port — receive your data in a machine-readable format and take it elsewhere

6. California residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to opt out of "sales" of personal information (we do not sell), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
7. EU/UK residents (GDPR)
If you are in the EU or UK, we process your personal data under one of these legal bases: (a) your consent (which you can withdraw anytime), (b) performance of a contract (your purchase), (c) our legitimate interests (improving the product, preventing fraud), or (d) compliance with legal obligations.
8. Cookies and tracking
This site uses minimal cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies — for the site to function (e.g., remembering checkout state). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — Umami uses no cookies. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies only for heatmaps and can be blocked in your browser.
- Advertising — Meta Pixel uses cookies for ad attribution. You can opt out at facebook.com/help/568137493302217 or via your browser's Do Not Track setting.
9. Children
This site is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
10. Data retention
We retain your information only as long as we have a legitimate business or legal need:
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Purchase records: 7 years (US tax/accounting requirement)
- Analytics data: 24 months
- Support tickets: 2 years
11. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, isolated production systems, and reputable third-party processors. We don't store credit card numbers — Whop handles all payment data via a PCI-DSS compliant processor.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll email subscribers and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
